Kindda’s Happy Gandhi Jayanti Festival Challenge

by Kindda Team

Let’s celebrate the birthday of India’s iconic leader Mahatma Gandhi in a Kindda style!

About Gandhi Jayanti

Gandhi Jayanti long ceased to be only a celebration of India’s beloved political and spiritual leader, “Father of the Nation” Mahatma Gandhi’s birthday.

Moreover, the annual festival Gandhi Jayanti now is more associated with glorification of the unbroken spirit of the nation that, led the country to its long-desired Independence on August 15, 1947. Standing at the origin of the non-violent struggle, Gandhi became a symbol of the people who broke the slavery chain with their tenacity. As a result, the famous “Satyagraha” (“moral dominance”) movement and the Salt (Dundee) march, thanks to Gandhi’s efforts, finally led India to its independence.

Thus, Gandhi Jayanti symbolized the will and nerve of the nation who defeated the violence with peace and longsuffering.
